Responsible impact and the reinforcement of responsible innovation in the public sector ecosystem: cases of digital health innovation

Responsible innovation is an important consideration for digital health innovation. This study explores the responsible processes of innovators, and reinforcement practices. Using semi-structured qualitative interviews followed by a thematic analysis narrative enquiry, we understand lived experiences innovators in UK Norway. We suggest three contributions. (1) That Innovation occurs as process practice, framework to outline that process. (2) ‘responsible impact’ fifth domain output RI. (3) impact may be natural reinforcer RI who recognise their practice are more likely continue those processes. Finally, based on our provide action plan encourage funding innovators.
